Bunch Care:

It is important to put your flowers into water as soon as they are delivered. Please remove any greenery from the stems so that no leaves will be submerged in the water and cut the stems at an angle 1 inch from the tip. Keep your flowers in a cool environment out of direct sunlight and away from fireplaces, heaters, and fruit bowls. For optimum results and long lasting flowers, change the water and retrim the stems every 2 days. Flowers thrive in ice water!

Stem Variations:

Each stem we send is unique and so on rare occasions, colours may vary or we will substitute stems to give you the highest-quality bunch. We try, wherever possible, to always send something similar and equally as beautiful! If we do have to make a change to your bunch , we will be sure to supply only an upgraded stem as a substitution.

Complaints:

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the condition of your bunch , please email in to info@roseandcompany.co.za with your order reference number, your complaint, and a photo of your bunch within 12hours of receiving your item. Refunds and replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
